Yeah!!!! I didn't make a resolution to exercise!!!!! I made a resolution to lose weight!!!! So I'm off the hook with exercise. You had me worried for a little while!!! Whew!!!! Let's not think on this any longer or I might see room for error in this thinking!!!

Now, you wanted recipes. I'm not sure if this is considered diet but it's a recipe that you can really lighten up and it's really good.

1 c. no fat sour cream
1 c. Campbells Healthy Request Chicken soup
Low fat or skim Milk
4-6 boneless Chicken breasts
Herb seasoned bread crumbs

In a 9X13 baking dish, sprayed with non-stick spray, mix the sour cream and the soup, then fill the soup can with milk and add this too. Stir well. Add 4-6 chicken breasts and bake for 50 minutes at 350*. Sprinkle herb seasoned bread crumbs (like you use to make stuffing) on top and bake another 10 minutes. This is really good served with rice.
