They cut around my ears beginning at the temple in front and went down and around the back of my ears. He pulled the muscles and skin up and tightened them, then made an incision under my chin and did extensive lipo in the neck area. I will actually have a jaw line when I finish healing. The neck tightening procedure is called platesma (sp) He actually cut out a football shape in the muscles in the front of my neck and sewed the edges back together to tighten the area. I didn't have any wrinkles before, so that was not the problem. I had a double chin that I've wanted to do something about for years. My husband and I went to a surgeon several years ago who basically reduced me to tears with his attitude and I just got up and walked out of his office. The surgeon in Atlanta was wonderful! I'd recommend the Lifestyle Lift to anyone!
