I had just a touch of the flu that was going around right after christmas & had the same symptoms. I was absolutely freezing couldn't get warm for nothing. Let's not say I'm quitting...it makes me nervous...LOLOL I am TRYING to quit. I hate them....I really truely hate them. When I feel that urge...I get sick in my stomach, so I don't get one. I had cut down considerably till the week before my MIL's passing and then I picked up again. So far though, so good. I'll just keep trying and taking one day at a time.

I did run the bus route this morning just fine, but I'm still freezing and I know it's not cold in here.
