I'll be the odd nut here (as usual) and admit some of my favorite shopping is done at Goodwill, Savers, etc. I LOVE a bargain, and since I don't look for the latest trend, I can get great prices on traditional items there.

Hey Tink-
I am the world's best bargain, clearance shopper. I agree that the thrift stores are the place to go. When I go to a store, the first place I stop are the clearance racks! Another favorite is the Outlet Stores!
But they ask for the fav Deparment store and it is definately Kohl's.
