Janet, as you might remember, I went out and bought myself a birthday gift, then informed hubby that's what it was and made a point of telling him he'd done very well this time! That was in November when I bought Moses.
Since then he's really gotten into the spirit by giving me great gifts for Christmas and Valentines. I think It finally sunk in that I deserve nice gifts and was going to have them one way or another. LOL Maybe this would work for you too? Men just don't seem to understnad how not getting something on our Day makes us feel. Sounds like it's time to show him! If I can do it, I bet you can too.
