I'm so happy for you! Congratulations!!! And as Rebecca said, your friends and family will have no problem in deciding what to get you for Christmas
And what great planning you guys have - building this home, turning around in a few years and selling it to another "first time home buyer" so that you can in turn build your real dream home. Can't wait for you to post pictures when it's complete.

Thanks.... I agree... its better off than renting til we are financially stable enough to build our bigger home... yes... we plan to live in it for at least 3-5 yrs to avoid paying a capital gain taxes on the house and to give us time to add extra stuff to make it dazzle..... we are adding ourselfs things like sprinler system, granite tops, crown molding, stainless steel appliances... things that give the lil extra value and the wow factor... and hopefully turn a profit..... thanks guys.. it hadn't really sunk in until now... WOW..lol
