I know how you feel. Our hard drive went out about a year ago and we've still had some trouble with it. The last time I had trouble they told me it was the hard drive again but they were able to get it straightened out. I hope that you have support that you can call and have them help you out. We have Dell support and I love it! They are so helpful and are always helpful with big or small problems. I would certainly go with Dell again. Good luck.

After this computer was fixed, and they placed a new HD in the thing, i dont even like to work on it anymore. I have had the laptop for some time now, but only started using it when this one had to go in for repairs.
My son said the laptop was overheating, they shouldnt get so hot, well what do i know ![]() ![]()
