LoL! How funny!
I am most guilty of #4. At my office, I send probably 100 little emails a day...and not a single one of them goes outside the building. lol. I also get about 75-80 each day (which means they want me to do something, lol). I'm also guilty of #10. I check my email and do my internet "rounds" every morning FIRST thing.  Thanks for sharing Judy. That made me laugh. (Oops, there's #11)

I am definitely guilty of freaking out about leaving my cellphone at home, and turning around to get it!
 And #6! I call my husband to ask him to help me bring things in all the time! LOL!!!! I also am semi-guilty of #10; I check my list of sites and my email every morning...not always before coffee, though. And sometimes I do it "first thing" when I get to work.
