What are your favorite health tips? Eat healty foods, low fat, low cholesterol, low on the sweets, drink lots of water and get regular exercise.
What special things do you do and why? Joined Weight Watchers because I believe it promotes a healthy lifestyle, and need to lose about 15 lbs. Also want to be a positive influence to those around me. Also attend spinning classes at the gym because I think this is really awesome exercise.

What vitamins (if any) do you take? Centrum Silver
What other supplements? Fish oil (Xtend-Life, ordered from New Zealand, from deep cold water fish from clean waters)

Favorite health tips: Be happy, eat healthy, either avoid unnecessary stress and suffering or deal with it immediately.

Special things I do: Yoga, pottery, my new camera (creative outlets), walk, keep an
easy, harmonious environment, pray.

Vitamins: none

Other supplements: GTA (for the thyroid), flaxseed oil.
