You'd think I would have lost 10 lbs alone this week without WW. I'm on here all the time and don't eat. Guess it's because I eat the wrong stuff...who knew???? LOL It tasted good!!! Well, I'm going to try not to write about the weight issue over and over. I'll you know when I get the books and then when I do my weekly weigh-in. I don't want this just to be about my weight-loss, if there is any...LOLOL

Oh Janet, I was thinking of you earlier today. I went to the supermarket and they had all the Weight watchers cakes on sale!! They had lemon, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate and blueberry muffins. They all looked so yummy and they have the points right on the box!! They are really trying to make things easier for people on diets. I think it is so great.

I've already tried the chocolate/chocolate chip brownies from WW's. They are so good, but kind of expensive. You only get 3 in a box, but they are big! I've seen products that are not WW's that have the points on them. This may be a little easier than I was thinking...I hope!

Hey, it's not all about the weight. We already love you !! It's all about health. I hope the WW works, because who knows, there are probably people watching this thread who are not posting who need encouragement, too.

Absolutely. Even though I am not dieting, many women I know including my mom are and I know it can be difficult at times. It becomes even harder if you don't have a support system where you can go to for encouragement when you feel like giving up. That is why I feel this thread is so important, and I commend Janet for starting it. This can be the place where people go for support and encouragement when they feel like giving up.
