I'm so glad you're feeling better!
I think it would be wise to see a chiro if you possibly can. They can do so much to help with back/spine problems and could very well help prevent another flare up. Seriously, even if your ins doesn't cover it, they're not terribly expensive. I think it's $38 each time dh goes... since we don't have insurance right now.
