Seems stupid to me to even have the networks air shows of this nature. Why freak people out?

They do this sort of thing all the time. Some one else wrote that it freaks some adults too, and it does terribly, but can you imagine what is going through these kids minds that see it. Just breaks my heart.
Hopefully they have enough religious upbringing that they know it's not true.
