NYS is a beautiful area, but the winters can be treachous. The furbabies sound like they had fun post some photos when you get a chance.

Life being strange, my daughter moved from Staten Island to upstate NY while we weren't talking. I'm not moving as far up as she lives, but it's just such a coincidence! I had decided on upstate NY before I even knew she moved.

I know what you mean about the winters, but I don't want to go to Florida or probably not North Carolina either. If only I could afford Tahiti!
