O.P.I has a good one also if you go to a local beauty store like Salley's or pierless they would be able to recomend a good one in your area also if you put on a thin layer let it dry and then put on a second coat this will help also make sure you are getting the edge of your nails thats a starting place for chipping and don't go over your cuticle (the bottom of you nail skin) this will cause it to not have a sealed bond with your nail

Just wanted to add that you should also pass a cotton ball dipped in acetone on your natural nail surface to dry off any oils before you polish. This makes it easier for the polish to adhere to your nail surface.

I have LCN gel hardner on my nails because they are so thin, so I don't use a polish.... but when I get pedicures they always wipe the nail with acetone first, put on 2 coats of the color, and then 2 coats of top coat. I only get a pedicure once a month, and the polish never comes off!

FYI... my manicurist once told me that if I ever polish my own nails to go across it not up and down. this prevents chipping ... and finish off sweeping the end of your nail across as well to prevent peeling..... good luck...

I haven't worn nail polish in quite some time. If I could just figure out why they are growing out and then down I would probably wear some again. It just draws too much attention to my nails with polish and doesn't look so good right now.
I'll just continure to keep them much shorter. It's easier for working around the house, yard and sewing anyway. ....LOL Makes me wonder why I even typed this....LOL
