Angie, my prayers are with you all.
Sadly there are some very evil sick people in the world and they truly do things the rest of us can't even imagine! I hope things turn around there soon and they're able to put that nut case away for life. I really wonder why the police haven't been involved though... I would certainly call them and ask what you can/should do in a situation like this.
