I have just started using Turbo Jam! Its sooo much fun! Its alot like Tae Bo, but more fun! SHe puts fun dance moves in it and really pumps you up!!! Its cool!!!!!!

I always used "The Firm" tapes. I was at my smallest when I used these tapes five days a week. You just have to find the ones that you like the routine on.

I know what you mean Janet about the turbo jam. LOL. they're very high energy. Now that I'm older I just don't want to work-out that hard anymore but I do want to get in better shape. I was watching Oprah & she has this Dr. Oz on regularly & he highly recommends yoga. I've never done yoga myself but I will check it out.

I'll have to go home and wipe the dust off mine to tell you what they are - you can tell I've used them, huh? I know one is Tae Boe (?) and I liked it, just got "lazy" and didn't work out to it much after about a month - dust bunnies have taken over so let me "herd" them out and I'll let you know the others I have.
