Thanks!!! I just feel so good that it works. This makes be have more hope than ever that I can get this weight out without giving up foods I like.

 At the WW meeting last night I lost another 2.8 lbs. YAY!!!!! That's a total of 10 lbs so far. I love going to the meetings. Everyone is so nice and I love all the laughter and encouragement.
