Janet, I am sooooo happy for you making such progress. If you add some exercise, you may do even better. Don't be upset by a small loss one week. Keep going and you will meet your goal!!!

BTW, I've gained 13 lbs since July

. I've got to get with the program. We have a wedding in 5 months

Janet, it's still a step in the right direction. I hope you don't get discouraged... I have every faith you can do this. Winter is hard because it's easy to hibernate like bears when it's so nasty cold out. Stick to your plan and I know you'll succeed.

I'm not getting discouraged yet. At least it's still going down and not up. There were some there tonight that gained. I hope if and when that happens to me, I know it's because of something I ate, water build-up..etc. I pray about this alot...it's for my health.

You're doing so good! I haven't been to Curves in two weeks. I've had bronchitis or something for over a week and there was a fatality carjacking in their parking lot last week, so I'm paranoid to go. There was a random fatal shooting at the little mall across the street a few weeks back that adds to my nuttiness!

Sandy, I think that I'd find another Curves to go to, one in a safer neighborhood. I'm sure that Houston has several others.

I had my 5th Weight Watcher weigh-in this evening and I am sooooooo happy!!!!

I lost another 4.2 lbs for a grand total of 18.4 lbs.

I was sick Sat. and Sun. and didn't eat anything. Then on Monday and Tuesday I didn't watch my points very well and ate alot of bad stuff. I finally got back on track on Wed. and today and I made them weigh me twice. I thought it was a mistake. Yay!!!!!
