Ok he finally met with his boss yesterday and the first question his boss asked him is what is it going to take to keep you? I told my husband before he left to throw the question back at him and ask you boss how much do you think im worth to keep? But he didn't he told his boss about the 12 cent raise and his boss didn't believe him, he said he'll get together with the girl at payroll.
So Mike said the meeting went well and he told his boss what he wanted or he's leaving next month to take this job with the other company, and his boss said he will look everything over this weekend and get together with payroll and see what he can do for him and get back to him Monday or Tuesday.. I was like great we have to wait more days now, but i guess it's better than a no we can't help you.. so i'll keep you ladies posted when i hear something. Thank you again for all your prayers.
