Janet, my first marriage was SUCH a disaster that I was VERY picky the second time around. Even after I knew what a good man Greg is it still took him 3 years and 3 proposals to get a "YES" out of me. I was NOT going back into something like I'd been through for anyone. For the most part I've been very blessed to have married Greg. He's not perfect, but he accepts that I'm not either, so we compliment each other well most of the time. So yes, you're right. I am lucky and I do appreciate it.

were remolding my fixer upper house we got 3 years ago, you guys don't even want to see my honey do list for my husband, he don't even want to see it

Greg did get the cable repaired so I now have TV reception in my bedroom again. YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
I hope I don't have to keep him so busy next weekend. LOL

Tink, I'm so happy for you. You have a really good man.
I didn't learn after my first divorce. Went right out and made the same mistake! So....divorce number 2. I'm not doing that again. I hope I find a good man like you did.

My husband is great with almost everything EXCEPT the honey-do-list. He has a habit of saying "I'll do that for you, honey. don't worry about it" and I end up doing it because he doesn't. He really is a great guy and he tells me I need to remind him instead of doing it myself, but i don't want to sound like the "nagging wife". I sometimes wonder if I make him feel bad when I do things he said he would do. I'm glad you don't have that problem Tink.
