It looks to me like you figured it out. That's so cool to have it counting down the days until your wedding. You know that you're going to have to post pictures of you and your fiance!!!

I don't want to scare anyone, besides, I have to see if my first two picture postings ever show up!

I am waiting on admin to approve them

Let's just say at least 70+ lbs? I didn't weight myself before I started, so that is a rough estimation?

When my grandmother passed away, I took a hard look at my life and where I was headed. She didn't pass away from obesity or complications from obesity or anything, she actually died at the grand age of 95.

I just started counting calories, eating mainly white meat for protein & only the amount of protein that would fit in the palm of my hand.
Twice that size serving of fruit and veggies. Little to no carbs.
4 to five small meals & snacks throughout the day.

I love the packs where the calories are already counted out for you...

This site became my best friend http://www.calorie-count.com/

I went from elastic waist pants, to a size three. I feel so much healthier, and I still treat myself once in a while to get my metabolism going
I also do a fusion of yoga/bellydancing and pilates to stay in shape.
