All the pictures are just lovely. Back when I married 30 some years ago, there sure wasn't the choice of dresses you all have now and the photography is out of this world now...just wonderful.

Pope, you NEVER should have said you're honeymooning at Disney World! When Gwen reads this, you KNOW she'll be making plans to join you, lol!
I didn't know they did weddings at the National Aquarium-that sounds really neat. I love your gown, and it sounds like the flowers will be beautiful. I'm so excited for you!

lol Bev *does the army crawl across the floor looking around nervously*
Actually, the lady who runs these events is kind of excited and shocked that I asked her for permission like my priest instructed me to before I went ahead with my plan making. She said she hasn't been able to get a priest out there to actually marry someone. I am so pleased with my priest (what I've gotten to know of him through emails...) and I hope I still am after this first real life introduction! I'm not horribly worried about that though Is it customary to give gifts beyond the parents and the wedding party? |

Can't help you there. Not only did we NOT have a traditional wedding ceremony...we kind of didn't have a ceremony at all! We ran off to Jamaica to get married!
But I would think parents and wedding party would be all. Any ideas what you're going to get for them yet? |

Catlover, we are going to have a modest wedding. Probably about 100 people MAX. I have a huge family back home, but some are older and can't make the trip down anymore. One of my normal aunts just had a second hip replacement.
So far, I got my Mother in Law this for her son to fill out and give to her on our wedding day. She has no idea. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=018 I thought about giving her something from me too, since she kind of gains me as a kid lol (and she will need this after she gets that book...) http://cgi.ebay.com/Mother-of-the-Gr...QQcmdZViewItem Something like this for the best man? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=005 Something like this for my dad http://cgi.ebay.com/WEDDING-HANDKERC...QQcmdZViewItem Still working on a few more of the parents and the perfect gifts for the bridesmaids (both of our sisters) as well as the other groomsman. I'll worry about tying all that up before I worry about getting my falsie chicken cutlet inserts
