You'll be OK Molly. It's not bad at all. I don't wear make-up when I go. Well definitely not mascara.
I wear waterproof mascara but when I get my eyebrows done they use some kind of lotion at the end to soothe the skin. Well it actually runs my mascara, then it gets in my eyes, then my contacts slip all over and I can't see to drive home!

What is having eyebrows threaded? Never heard of that.

I just pluck mine, let me know how this goes. Tweezers aren't painful a bit and it is really easy. You just hold the tweezers next to your nose at the corner of your eye and that is where your brow should start... You hold it at an angle from the corner of your eye, to a little under your temple and that is where it should end.
Then you just shape them and give them your own unique arch, thickness etc. My sister gets hers waxed, not sure her procedure is though lol  Inquiring minds are eager to learn what getting your eyebrows threaded is!

That's really a new thing to me... not sure I'd enjoy it much. LOL
