I've never had that pearl! You'll have to share the recipe
![]() When I say '"Spanish", I am really incorrectly using a blanket term. It's a mixture of Spanish, Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican... I make simple, home cooked, cheap, filling comfort food that if you are not careful, you will pack on the pounds ![]() tostones, pasteles, rice and beans, carne con papas, cuban ropa veija, flan, potato and meat (this is more or less beef stew meat and potato cooked in tomato sauce until tender served over white rice), arroz con leche, cuban chicken and yellow rice, lately the fiance has been loving Mexican mole' chicken, cuban garlic chicken, some different marinades and meat treatments, Spanish omlettes, Spanish chicken and chorizo paella, potatoes with garlic and parsley, churros, stews and soups...
