3/4 cups Special K fruit and yogurt, 4 oz skim milk 1/2 tsp sugar
leftover Carne con papas from last nights dinner served over 1/2 cup white rice medium hard boiled egg sandwich on low cal toast with light mayo and a little mustard with a handful of tortilla chips celery stick and vegetable dip a few dark chocolate strawberry Hershey kisses ![]() ![]() |

today wasn't too bad.
br~ yogurt and kashi golean cereal; coffee lunch~ sub sandwich, potato chips supper~ goldfish well maybe it was bad. |

Breakfast: egg on toast and low fat yogart
Lunch: PB&J on whole wheat bread (but I measured out the PB and the J so it wouldn't be as much calories, TBSP of each! LOL) Dinner: chicken soft taco No snacks, wasn't all that hungry today... |

gwen i love egg on toast! i make soft boiled eggs and put them on toast with jelly. the only other person i have heard call it egg on toast is my mom!!

Ate the last of the left overs over rice
two hard shell home made tacos from one of those store bought taco kits drank about 8 oz diet 7 up and lots of water. Not really too hungry, if I do get snacky, probably have some fruit or veggies |
