I did a reading a my cousin's wedding a few months ago. I went to the restroom when we arrived at the church then went to sit down with my husband.

When it was my turn to speak, I walked up the aisle to the microphone and heard some giggles - also heard giggles when I walked back to my seat. That's when my husband told me that my skirt and slip were tucked into the back of my nylons and I was flashing my bum to the world.

OMGosh!! I would have absolutely died of embarassment!!!! My husband would have been in BIG trouble too!!!

I can't think of any embarassing moments on myself but I have a friend, Karen, that's ditzy!! She lost a huge set of keys at church one time and had everyone looking for them. I'm not just talking about a couple of keys but quite a few!! I think that they had two vehicles at church that morning so they finally gave up and went home. We saw them a short time later and she had found her keys. They were in her underwear and she didn't know it!! She must have gone to the bathroom in between Sunday School and church. She had even sung a special that morning plus she would have sat on them all through church!!! I laughed so hard!!! Every once in a while it still comes up and she just shakes her finger at me!!!

This same friend took a salad to a school supper. I wasn't there but some other friends of ours sat across from her and her husband. It was noted by one of them that one of the salads that they had gotten had sunflower seeds........still in the shells in it. Karen never said a word that it was hers but they figured it out!!

Karen made the comment one time that it was funny how the night sky never changes even though the stars are always falling!!! (falling stars) I was rolling on that one!!

Can't imagine how she could not have known!!! I lost a tennis bracelet one time the same way, but it was much smaller. How funny!!!! Can you image if they'd have fallen out during her special!!!

The only one I can think of right now is I was walking down a hallway talking with someone and was looking at them as we walked. I ended up walking into a wall and stood there a moment dazed and said "excuse me."

My friend just about peed her pants. From her view she said I stood there a moment and looked at the wall and still said excuse me. So embarrassing.

I think that one of the funniest moments that I've ever had was with my husband's sister, Brenda! We had gone to her house for a visit and she and I were at Walmart shopping. She decided that she wanted some hand lotion that smelled like what her grandmother used to use. She had just informed me that sometimes people come into Walmart and actually use the products instead of buying them. So she's going down the row opening each bottle and squeezing it so she could get a good whiff of it while looking for "just the right scent" when I hear blluuuuurrrrrppppp, so I turn to look at her and she has a great big blob of hand lotion on her nose and all over her face!! I started laughing so hard that I almost wet my pants. It was so funny!! When you're with her something funny always happens!!!

Another time I was was eating lunch at Steak n Shake with a friend and my son. Ricky was just about 6 or 7 and he had a strawberry shake. He got a little bored and started blowing through the straw and it too, ended up all over his face. He was so embarassed, but I couldn't help but laugh. Thank goodness I just got back from the potty...LOL

My whole life is one big embarrassing moment! I just remembered another one....one of my first dates with my now husband, we went to this steak house. It was one of those where you walked along putting things on your tray, cafeteria style. I was pushing my tray along, looking back at Ken and talking. I didn't notice I had come to the end of the counter and was supposed to pick up my tray and carry it to the cashier. I dumped the tray (and all of the food) right off of the end onto the floor. It's been about 22 years and he still doesn't let me forget it!
