In TN, August is about 100 degrees (not kidding) and 100 % humidity. I'm soaking wet after weeding. I actually go out at 5 in the morning and am in the house by 8 for the rest of the day.

That's how we are too.....high humidity!! It's awful!! Makes the cold colder and the hot hotter but our bread doesn't dry out very quickly if you leave the bag open!!!! LOL!!!!

It's not that bad where I am. I live in the mountains though so that probably makes a lot of difference.
