Janet, being a breeder, will "get" this... some of the rest of you might too so please forgive me for "over explaining".
I was so excited last night to see Chip finally start to lift his leg! Canada went out in the run with the others for a while to get some exercise and he seems to have decided he had to impress her (their queen) with his new mature look and manliness. lol By lifting his leg rather than squatting like a puppy or girl, he's showing his "harem" that he's sexually mature. He went all around the run last night leaving his scent to warn off other male dogs.

Traci, I don't think that's a stupid question. I've wondered that myself. He had long hair and mats... so there's a lot of weight there I would think.
