We didn't get good news today - the results are negative. I'm really devestated - I'm not sure where we're going to go from here.

Thanks Tink. I believe when God closes one door he opens another. I was on the phone with my cousin today (she's 19) and she has offered to donate eggs. I told her that we shouldn't make any decisions while we are this emotional. But it is at least giving me some hope.

I am glad you realize that this is not the best time to make decisions. This is a wonderful gesture fromm your cousin. When and if you do consider this just make sure she understands that donating the eggs means it is YOUR child. She may visit as a close cousin, but the child and all matters concerning him or her is up to you and your husband and does not include her. Also, make sure that she can deal with watching the child grow and not feeling in any way that it is hers. I do not mean to make this time more difficult. I just wanted to make sure you have thought of these things before discussing it with her. *hugs* Best of luck to you.
