Rules That Are Ignored.

I chose littering. In NYC there are no garbage pails on the corners, like there used to be. I find this so annoying. Where am I supposed to out my garbage?

After reading yours, Diana and Angie, I definitely have to agree about speeding. I am also so guilty of that!

There's rules about speeding? lol I chose handicapped parking because I'm handicapped and it makes me crazy when lazy, perfectly healthy people use the spots. What really makes me angry is that the police don't ticket cars when they do it.

There's a new trend starting where stores with parking lots hire towing companies. They drive around and tow anyone who is parked in the handicapped spot without the handicapped hanging sign for their cars. They tow for other reasons too, but I don't know what they are.

Most people who saw the Seinfeld episode about parking the handicapped zone would not dream of doing it!

My daughter is handicapped so I know what you mean.
