Michelle, I am so sorry to hear about your friend. She is free of all pain now and as you said, she's in the presence of the Lord. {{{{{{Michelle}}}}}} You and her family will be in my prayers.

Thank you ladies. Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I did not get his upset when my Dad died. I think because he lived a full life and prepared us. My friend was the classiest lady I know. I aspire to be more like her. She was still young a 52. She did all the right things, she ate right (lots of fruits, veggies, organic), excercised. She was a blessing to her church.
I am glad that if she was not going to get well, that God took her now. One of her Sons was visiting after his last tour in Afghanistan and was going back to Germany the first week in June. So the timing was good. He was able o be with her during this time. Her husband is not doing well. I think he was fighting his cancer because she wanted him to. So, I am not sure what will happen. |

Just checking in Michelle to see how everyone is doing. Hope the funeral plans are going well.... I just don't know what else to say. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
An acquaintance of ours learned a couple of months ago that he had lung cancer. His funeral is today. You just never know.

The funeral is Monday. We are going to close the office. Her husband is in the hospital. His oldest daughter is taking him home with her (NM). I spoke with my friends youngest son (we are putting together a movie of her life). He is in good spirits. Each day gets a little better.
Gae had been working from home and her computer was still logged into our system at the office. We were trying to get some financial work done and it was keeping everyone from posting. We all kind of laughed a little, saying she was still trying to help us. It was ironic that on the day she died, our accounting system kept randomly kicking people out, no reason. It got worse in the afternoon. The day after she died, everything was fine and we have not seen the problem since. Quote:
