I heard that, too, Janet, and thought of you immediately. Knew your guys weren't there, but Iowa is so close to you. So very, very sad.

There is still not a lot of information on our morning news, but it did say all the boys were safe. They had no word on who were killed by this storm.

oh, that is awful. A tornado is something you can't really plan for because they just pop up so fast. But, my son Kevin is getting his Eagle Scout this summer (he just finished up and is awaiting his board of review!). Anyway, I've often thought that his leaders took stupid chances with them when they were camping. His leader right now is terrible that way....it's a wonder one of them haven't been killed, I swear. I'm glad that all of the scouts in Iowa are ok.

Now I'm reading on MSN and Yahoo that there were Scouts killed. I wish they would hurry and get the facts. I pray for all those Scouts, leaders and their families. I sat and cried as I watch Ann Curry report the news about the tornado on MSN. Those boys are amazing.

Here's the most recent update on MSN. They make it sound like it was primarily scouts that were injured, but it was mostly older scouts as it was a training camp. It seems like the ones that were out hiking were okay. It was the ones that were still at the camp that got hurt.
