First of all, CONGRATULATIONS! on losing the one pound! It is when we take time to celebrate the small, baby steps, that makes the long journey worth it in the end  I'm so very proud of you and your determination to succeed with your weight loss. You have earned the right to celebrate and be happy with yourself. Don't let the 1 pound loss be a discouragement to you on your journey - let it be that first step, the beginning, of many steps to come that make you happier with each one you take!
