Well, that sucks! Use positive thoughts. If it's 60% chance of rain that means there is a 40% it won't rain! I'd go do your thing anyway. As long as it's not lightening who cares if you get wet? And places won't be as crowded! I've never been one for letting the weather ruin my plans....a wet day outside is still better than a dry day stuck in the house
