Good for you Lindsey! If you miss nachos, try to find a healthy substitute. I try to figure out what it is about the food I'm craving, that I need. Crunchy, salthy is pretty easy. They make delicious crunchy healthy things. Just add some spices.

I have been eating a lot of vegetable thins to quench my cravings of chips. I also made a big bowl of salad and a big bowl of fruit salad in my fridge for when I feel like eating but I'm too lazy to make anything! It's also great for when I come home from work and I want to eat something while supper is being made. I used to just grab some chips and now I'll eat a small bowl of salad!

I eat WW chips which are really flat pretzels. They're delicious, but too expensive.
