Oh Elaine...I am so sorry you are going through this yet again. I know it's hard sometimes to understand...but I don't think age matters. Not when they have a life filled with love and to have it end out of love. You saved her from whatever internal termoil she was going through. Who is to knows for sure if your little Jersey Girl was feeling any pain, now she is pain free and running and playing with all the other babies in heaven. I feel you did the right thing and my heart does go out to you and your family.

Elaine, I just saw this on YT also, was looking for the post on GracieLeigh, have not found it yet, but your story breaks my heart.
My 16 year old Maltese, thank God I had him that long, also developed the aggression, pain, etc. They felt it was a brain tumor but at his age, it best to put him down. I am so sad for you and your family.

Aww Elaine.. I am crying along with you. I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss and of Newman. Like Janet says she is running and playing and pain free in Heaven..

Elaine, having lost 2 beloved dogs myself in the past 4 months, my heart goes out to you. One of mine died in a freak accident, the other we had to put down due to a genetic kidney disease. Both had just turned 2 yrs old. I truly do understand your anguish.
