I took it once. The hormone side affects are aweful & it makes you sick to your stomach. I had a meltdown at work. So I would suggest taking it when you can stay home & away from people for about a day & a half. Sorry my post may be too late because at least when I took it you had to do it within 72 hours.
You can PM me if you want & I can give you more details. However, it was at least 8 years ago when I took it so it might be different now. |
