I feel pretty much the same. I haven't really changed things much either. I just figured why buy sugar and Splenda???..LOL I mean I had read Splenda was bad and that is part of the reason, but like you said Gayle...everything is bad. Hope they never find something horribly wrong with chocolate...because it wouldn't change a thing for me. That is and probably always will be my weekness....besides I gave up smoking...not giving up anything else.

Yep, me too, if they find out chocolate is bad for you - I'll just start digging my grave, getting ready for them to roll me in! LOL!
