Hey if you can't talk to your friends who can you talk to. We all have our ups and downs. But we are here to help weather it's just to read, talk or encourage.

Hey we all take turns venting here and I KNOW it was your turn, so don't feel bad at all. I'll keep you both in my prayers. YOu know as well as I do that life will improve again.
