If your nightmares are unbearable, maybe you should go see a therapist. Your unconscious thoughts are what comes out in your dreams. A therapist could help you get rid of those anxieties and thoughts. It's worth trying anyway. I certainly hope they stop or at least get better.
![]() When I was little, I used to always dream that aliens were going to come abduct me. I slept in my parents room for 2 years until they finally kicked me out. I know how frightening bad dreams can be. ![]()

I agree with Rebecca, a therapist will be able to help you. It's aweful to have nightmares, and it kind of stays with you throughout the day.
