According to the radio this morning on my way to work: "It is minus a bazillion degrees out there this morning, with a windchill of minus a bazillion and ten"
BUT now they're saying we should be above freezing by Friday! But I'm not going to get my hopes up just yet. Janet, I know that my roommate should be paying more, but it just wouldn't work. Then she would start saying we need to split the water bill, the phone and cable bill, everything differently. I shower every day, she showers every second day. My brother hasn't even been living there for the past few months (staying at his girlfriend's house every day and every night) but he still pays his 1/3 of the bill. I'm just going to keep hoping for the day when I don't have to deal with having roommates anymore!
