OH NO! Thank goodness you didn't get hurt more seriously. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have a problem of falling down steps ALL the time. I have twisted my ankles more times than I care to remember. I was told growing up that my middle name was "grace". LOL
 I haven't even reached 40 yet so I can only imagine how bad I will be later on.
