I think it is really important to have Micah at a day care where he is engaged in stimulating activities. I have a 2 year old granddaughter and she LOVES TV - so much so that my daughter has to limit her exposure to it - she only gets to watch about 1 hour a day - two shows.
It is so important, as you mentioned, that children are in stimulating activities where they get to play and things to DO as opposed to watching things, also that they are moving and engaging with other adults and children, rather than the TV. You've taken so many positive steps!!!
