I'm 45 and my periods last for 3 days but they are a killer 3 days. Cramps are awful. Have been since they started when I was 12. Even after giving birth they were killer cramps. But I know about the hot flashes can't wait to have them.
I'm a cold person. I can never warm up. But when I'm on my period I do get them. Thanks for sharing everyone. I wasn't sure what the age was as to when things start happening. My mom never told me about it. She had a histo when she was 65.
