Oh Judy, I am so sorry - but glad you have a dentist that you love and trust and that you don't have to pay. Dental work is soooooo expensive and I KNOW some dentists do unnecessary work - a large nationwide study (sting) showed this a few years ago.
I just HATE dental work. My hubby has horrible teeth and gums. Everyone I know who spent time in Vietnam in the military has bad teeth and gums in adulthood - maybe it's just a coincidence, idk. Anyway, we have spent a fortune on his teeth/gums in the past. Fortunately now, he is able to get his dental work covered through the VA, and like you, he now has a great dentist that he loves - and I assure you, they don't do any unnecessary work at the VA! HA! Good luck with everything, I"m so sorry that you have to go through this again!
