OK, the camera is downloaded
The first 3 pictures are a beautiful mural on the side of a building at the Cherokee Trading Post in western Oklahoma. The buffalo was painted and very pretty

Some pix of my hometown
1. this is the house I grew up in. My mom lived in it till 2001 when she had to move to Austin with me. My brother bought it and then sold it - it's pretty run down now. Sad. 2. The grocery store in my little town, the house in pic #1 is directly behind it 3. the hotel (hasn't been a hotel in a LONG time - but it was when I was growing up) and it is just catty cornered from my house 4. Downtown Taloga - one block long! HA!

A few more pix of home1
1. the flag is in front of the post office where my mom worked for 30 years 2. Dinner Today! at the Senior Citizen Center 3. County courthouse - it's being remodeled so it looks pretty terrible!!! 4. Sherrif's department. Well, that's about it for my hometown. I should have gone up and taken a pic of the school, don't know why I didn't think of that! There are about 300 people in my hometown.

Great pic's Gayle, thats a tiny town but i bet it felt huge when you were growing up LOL
even though i only live a short distance from where i grew up, i love going back there, especially to my house, thank goodness my brother owns it now so i can still go back there, even though he lives in Cali. mom still makes comments about moveing back home someday LOL. I took Janet there last month, she seen all the stuff we have stored there. I loved living in a small town. Wow all of that snow, looks like your g-daughter sure was enjoying it, so glad you are home safe & warm now.
