I really don't know how I feel about this. VERY mixed emotions.
I can't imagine how desperately unhappy with ones self you would have to be in order to go to the extreme measures some go to to change their outward appearance. Surgery is surely no fun; messing with your bodies hormones can be total misery... so that to me says these' people aren't just doing it for the attention. They have a real desperate need. My heart goes out to them but I can't pretend to understand.
