One of our favorites that works great if you have quite a few people over for a meal is to have ground beef, a nice variety of veggies (potatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, all sliced and ready) and 2 squares of tinfoil for each person to put together what they like between 2 ground beef patties. We usually have steak sauce, soy sauce, terriyaki sauce, etc on hand as well as salt and pepper for them to season with. seal the edges of the foil into a packet so nothing leaks and toss on the grill.
It's quite yummy!

I threw a recipe together the other night ladies that was pretty delicious...
I sliced some chicken breasts 2 to 3 times so they would be very thin cutlets and easy to roll up. I put a little extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, basil then I put a slice or two of thin sliced deli ham, monterey jack cheese and jalapeno pepper sliced then rolled then and skewered them. They only took about 15 minutes (if that) baking at 350 in the oven. I served them with braised potatoes and baby carrots. I am sure they would be done in no time on the grill ![]() |
