She had such a great time - it was her first party of this type. She had only had large sleepovers for her parties in the past - or had them at a game place. She was just beaming last night and she said over and over how much fun she had!

How cute Gayle! That is such an adorable , noisy, age! I'm glad she enjoyed her birthday. It sounds like a success.

When Jessie had her first boy/girl party, I had it at a local bowling alley. It was so much easier than having them in the house. She wore a pink feather boa scarf!
She was so cute!

My granchildrens' birthdays are all in the summer, so they have pool parties. The parents can stay also.

You are one brave Grandma! I am so glad she was happy.

That's beyond bravery and dedication!

We went to Baylor's 5th birthday party on Saturday, found a safe corner and hung out with the other g-parents!

OMG!!! It was absolutely at Maple Lanes!!! Where else would you go bowling in our neighborhood? They were still there when I moved.

I love that you did your kids' parties there too. We went to McDonalds too - I don't remember which one. Mostly, when she was younger, we had them at home because Jessie's birthday is in February, and the snow was always an issue. I would get a clown or a magician, order a pizza, and that was that.
